Returpolicy

**Angrerett**  
Som kunde har du rett til å angre kjøpet innen 14 dager etter at du har mottatt varen, i henhold til Angrerettloven.  
Vi refunderer hele beløpet du har betalt, inkludert opprinnelige fraktkostnader, så lenge varen returneres i sin opprinnelige stand.  
Returkostnader dekkes av kunden, med mindre annet er spesifisert i våre vilkår. Enkelte produkter er unntatt angrerett, og dette vil fremgå i produktbeskrivelsen.  

**Reklamasjon**  
Hvis varen er defekt eller har mangler, vennligst kontakt oss innen 2 år etter mottak av varen (eller opptil 5 år for varer som er ment å vare lenger).

Refund Policy

**Right of Withdrawal**  
As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, as per the Right of Withdrawal Act.  
We will refund the full amount you paid, including the original shipping costs, provided the product is returned in its original condition.  
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified in our terms. Certain products are exempt from the right of withdrawal, which will be stated in the product description.  

**Complaints**  
If the product is defective or has issues, please contact us within 2 years of receiving the product (or up to 5 years for products intended to last longer).
